My fit pregnancy

"Making a decision to have a child - it's momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body.
(Elizabeth Stone)

Body:

 - walking - 150 minutes per week (http://www.nhs.uk/start4life/Pages/walking-activity-during-pregnancy.aspx). I can confirmed that walking helped me a lot. I used to walk every day for at least one hour and I feel great. Walking also can help with shorter, easier labor and burns calories.

 - swimming - (http://www.babycenter.com/0_great-pregnancy-exercise-swimming_7822.bc) just be careful with swimming - the chemicals in swimming pools can be harmful to the developing foetus.

 - dancing - (http://www.babycenter.com/0_great-pregnancy-exercise-dancing_7821.bc) 20 minutes x 3 times per week - so much fun - dance classes could be safe option how to dance during pregnancy.

Mind:

- meditation: (http://www.fitpregnancy.com/pregnancy/pregnancy-health/meditation-mantras-visualization) connecting with your baby  - I realized how my baby moving and I learned how to breath which was very helpful during labor.

- preparation for birth: (http://www.nct.org.uk/professional/antenatal-services/preparation-birth-and-beyond-antenatal-education-programme/pbb-handouts) once you get informantion, you will feel prepared and relaxed - try antenatal class - good to now staff from your hospital and all facilities there.

- preparation for family life: (http://www.parents.com/pregnancy/my-life/) speak with your partner about the future and family life - it is good to discuss this topic before you have a baby.

Lifestyle:

- lifestyle changes: avoid - smoking, drinking alcohol... Don't forget that these changes won't limit your life, they are necessary because of new priorities in your life.

healthy life style: (http://www.myvmc.com/health/lifestyle-during-pregnancy/) prefer healthy life environment, food... - assumption that you and your baby will have nice time and less complications during the pregnancy.

I want to be a mom

Of all the rights of women, the greatest is to be a mother.
(Lin Yutang, Chinese writer)

1. Mother's feelings - maternal instinct - only you know if you ready to be a mom or not.

2. Openness to new life experience - moterhood brings new skills, knowledge and values.

3. Time - you will have less time for yourself and spend more time with your baby.

4. Health - it is good to prepare your body before you get pregnant - eat healthy,walk... .

5. Emotionaly prepared - long-term decision (lifelong) - parent for rest of your life.

6. Right partner - someone who will be good father for your child.
