Mind:

- preparation for birth: (http://www.nct.org.uk/professional/antenatal-services/preparation-birth-and-beyond-antenatal-education-programme/pbb-handouts) once you get informantion, you will feel prepared and relaxed - try antenatal class - good to now staff from your hospital and all facilities there.
- preparation for family life: (http://www.parents.com/pregnancy/my-life/) speak with your partner about the future and family life - it is good to discuss this topic before you have a baby.
Lifestyle:
- lifestyle changes: avoid - smoking, drinking alcohol... Don't forget that these changes won't limit your life, they are necessary because of new priorities in your life.
- healthy life style: (http://www.myvmc.com/health/lifestyle-during-pregnancy/) prefer healthy life environment, food... - assumption that you and your baby will have nice time and less complications during the pregnancy.
